BPS Resolver applications can optionally be deployed onsite in a client data center. Depending on sizing and requirements, BPS Resolver applications can be installed on shared operating systems using existing hardware, on dedicated operating systems on dedicated hardware or in a virtual environment. All the application’s components could be housed on a single server, or the environment can scale vertically and horizontally to provide a scalable, highly available solution.

BPS Resolver offers an a la carte menu of technical services to assist your organization to install and deploy BPS Resolver products. Technical experts can perform onsite installations, remote installations, provide installation technical assistance to your internal IT team, and/or help with environment planning and management including backup, disaster recovery and monitoring. BPS Resolver technical staff are also available to assist with product patching and upgrades with various service levels.
