      Risk Identification:

      Survey facilitates online risk identification through a unique collaborative process. As a replacement for a series of one-on-one interviews, or same-time-same-place meetings that are difficult to schedule and often incur travel expenses, online workshops allow users to build on each others’ ideas, enabling GRC professionals to combine ideas from a variety of sources and develop a set of clear and concise risks, objectives, and/or requirements.

      Risk Assessment/Control Evaluation:

      BPS Resolver Survey risk assessment software enables groups to collaboratively quantify the impact and likelihood of risks and effectiveness of controls using a variety of survey/assessment formats.

      Administrators can create questions and lists of allowed responses and determine whether the questions are mandatory or optional, or require additional comments following certain responses.

      Depending on the set up of the survey or risk assessment, employees complete their individual assessments in their own time, or simultaneously in a collaborative on-line risk assessment workshop. All voting is anonymous so that participants can submit their opinions without concern for who that view might be considered by participants, facilitators or management, leading to greater candor and more valuable debate.

      Reporting:

      Completion tracking capabilities enable administrators to keep all employees on schedule in the risk assessment process through automated e-mail reminders and acknowledgements.

      During the risk assessment workshop, or afterwards, the software creates a variety of reports of survey responses. These reports can be filtered, allowing you to see the viewpoint of a specific role or function, or of a particular department or location, while maintaining the anonymity of the voting. These reports can be kept confidential or published to respondents. The report formats include a variety of data tables plus heat maps, scatter graphs, pie and bar charts.
