How does it work?
In a Resolver Ballot workshop participants respond to questions regarding risks and controls using handheld keypads or with their web enabled mobile device or computer. Participants vote on rating scales or by multiple choice, or two collaborative approaches that enable groups to put items into prioritized lists or identify cause and effect relationships between items.
The anonymous voting process brings candor and honesty to discussions, mitigating a significant challenge of many group-based methods of assessment. The voting results are viewed in real time, enabling the facilitator to generate debate on the reasons why participants see an issue differently and thus support the group in making more informed decisions.
