      BPS Resolver GRC Cloud enables companies to collaboratively manage all their Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (GRC) activities in one web-based software application.

This is supported by flexible reporting customized to the user, from senior management, to an individual risk, control or action plan owner and flexible workflow building to ensure tasks can be handled corroboratively and their progress tracked.

      GRC Cloud is adopted either by organizations with a single focus area, such as risk management, SOX compliance, legal compliance, PCI data security standards, NERC compliance or others, or those implementing a broader and more integrated approach to governance, risk and compliance.

      In either situation, program owners construct comprehensive frameworks of business processes and their related risks and controls and customize these for each department or location involved in the processes. These can be attached to a scoping framework, account framework or other view of the risk universe important to management such as applying it to corporate strategic objectives, balanced scorecard, or other business performance measures.

      The responsibility for assessing risks and evaluating controls is then pushed to business owners, supported by customizable workflows. These people can also be given the ability to identify issues and deficiencies and create mitigation plans.

      GRC Cloud incorporates sophisticated role-based permission management both to ensure that only authorized individuals can read or edit certain information or attach external documents. Filtering views based on roles also helps simplify the interface by ensuring each user of the system sees what is necessary for their role with other distracting information. In addition to sophisticated reporting and charting, a comprehensive change log provides an audit trail of changes.

      GRC Cloud is a web-based application, running either on BPS Resolver’s hosting environment or on a customer’s own IT infrastructure. The hosted environment provides the benefit of lower up front investment and internal maintenance costs and unlimited scalability as the use of the application grows.
